What a great example here of a hopelessly fat guy who someone would look at and go "how the fuck did you even get to that point", and then the guy finds the strength in himself to get into shape and look great. And then he gets just as bad as he was. It shows that there is something deep and psychological and chemical about people who!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just put out man, when you hit the gym hit it hard. Make a list of what you're gonna do for the day and do it. Don't go there workout a little feel tired and sorry for yourself and just go "Yeah I think I'm done for the day" Push yourself, yeah its gonna suck, yeah you're gonna be hurting but after you're done you'll feel so much better about yourself.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
